Dave and Karen Parsons, working closely with an incredible team, have been building custom homes in the Spokane area for nearly four decades. Each member of the Parsons crew brings an important skillset and a wealth of construction experience.

In the Field
Shane Burton: Project Manager and Estimator
Being involved in the construction industry since 1987, Shane has developed a wealth of knowledge in the building process. His expertise in the field is an essential element of Parsons Construction's build quality. For more than 20 years with us, Shane has always demanded excellence and efficiency in all the projects he manages. Meeting the needs of the customers and solving problems on the job, Shane ensures complete satisfaction. Off the job, Shane enjoys sharing time with his family while snowmobiling, camping, and hunting.
Cole Parsons: Vice President
Dave's son, Cole, has been around the business since he was a baby. In his teenage years, Cole gained experience in framing, roofing, and all construction phases. Cole studied business management at the University of Montana and he developed his management skills while working for UPS as a supervisor for 5 years in ground, feeder, and air operations. Understanding how to manage large teams has made Cole a key part of project organization, communication, progress, and completion. His management role continues to expand as he works closely with Dave.
